HAITI RELIEF FUND...
In wake of the catastrophic earthquakes in Haiti, the AASM and the American Sleep
Medicine Foundation (ASMF) recognized the need for a rapid and generous response
by the sleep medicine community. The ASMF formed the Haiti Relief Fund. All members
were encouraged to join a worthy cause that ensured critical medical support was
provided to those affected by the earthquake.
Overall the ASMF delivered nearly $20,000 to Doctors Without Borders. With the AASM’s
donation of $10,000, the ASMF was able to raise an additional $9,635 to deliver
vital medical care to those suffering in Haiti.
The ASMF is no longer collecting donations for the Haiti Relief Fund. If you wish
